The ACI FMA is pleased to announce the appointment of Jørn Luffe Sodborg as the new ACI FMA Europe co-President.
In a process led by ACI FMA President, Kim Winding Larsen, the candidates Marc De Bosscher and Jørn Luffe Sodborg applied for the position that had become open since Marc De Bosscher’s initial term as ACI FMA Europe co-President finished in May 2021.
The candidates had the opportunity to present their ideas and plans for the ACI Europe Region in a Zoom meeting to an audience of participating European Councillors. Subsequently, they had until 2nd June 2021 to cast their votes and ACI FMA is now delighted to announce that Jørn Luffe Sodborg has been elected ACI FMA Europe co-President, for the next three years.
ACI Europe’s decision has been endorsed at the ACI FMA Council Meeting held today, on 9th June 2021 by the ACI FMA Councillors from Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Therefore, the Association welcomes Jørn Luffe Sodborg to his new role, with effect from 9th June.
The newly elected ACI FMA Europe co-President will work closely with Branko Petrovic, ACI FMA Europe co-President, respecting the structure that was put in place by ACI FMA Europe at the beginning of the year, so together they will define the future strategies and actions, for the Region.
ACI FMA would like to take this opportunity to thank Marc De Bosscher for his professionalism and continuous support, working in conjunction with Branko Petrovic in developing ACI FMA Europe and executing the ACI FMA Strategy as a member of the ACI FMA Management Board. We wish him success in his future endeavours.
