After analysing the Request for Feedback related to the FX Global Code review, issued on April 8th by the Global Foreign Exchange Committee (GFXC), ACI FMA has presented a response, after a long, complex, and detailed process of work and cooperation within its Committees and Working Groups.
ACI FMA has submitted the result of a collective view that covered all the areas where feedback was requested by the GFXC, namely on the topics of anonymous trading, algorithmic trading and transaction cost analysis, disclosures and FX settlement risk.
In this process, ACI FMA has also commented on the proposed changes to 10 of the Code's 55 principles.
Furthermore, ACI FMA has expressed total availability to collaborate and stated its disposal to cooperate with GFXC in the completion of this process.
