ACIFMA submits an amicus brief on Mark Johnson’s case

Following the publication on our website dated the 31st of July of an Amicus Brief, with respect to Mark Johnson’s conviction (pending appeal) of wire fraud and conspiracy concerning the case of a $3.5 billion FX Fixing order in October 2017, ACIFMA has submitted the Amicus Brief on Wednesday, September the 5th.
